 | Why can't sailors and boaters access the Internet to get their
own weather information?
 | Answer: They certainly can, but unless a person has a good
knowledge of meteorology, interpretation of the volumes of
weather information can be very difficult. That is where RMS
comes in; providing expertise to give clients concise weather
information. |

 | What is provided in a Marine Forecast from RMS that I cannot
get from the National Weather Service?
 | Answer: Detail pertaining to your trip. Most forecasts from
the National Weather Service are quite general in detail, and
this applies to other services also. What you will get from RMS
Marine Forecasting is a specific forecast for your trip, and if
you desire, continued updates throughout the trip. |

 | Who are you, and how did this business come into being?
 | Answer: There is a definite need for detailed information for
the boating and yachting public. Information is now available
from the National Weather Service Marine Forecasting Program,
but is not client specific. Interpretation of information can be
difficult for those not trained in meteorology. We can offer you
this expertise. |
